Common Questions

Subscription & Billing

Manage your subscription through your device's app store settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions.

Watch Connectivity

Your Apple Watch or Wear OS device syncs automatically when your phone app is open. If your watch shows "offline," open the phone app and wait a few seconds for the connection.

Training Plans

Your plan adapts based on your assessment and training history. Complete the initial assessment to receive your first personalized plan. Plans progress through base building, development, peak, and taper phases.

GPS & Run Data

For best GPS accuracy, allow location access "While Using" and wait a few seconds for signal lock before starting your run. Your data is stored securely and never shared.
